The Role

As a Graduate SEN TA, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SEN.
• Assist teachers in delivering inclusive lessons and targeted interventions.
• Help pupils develop confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
• Build strong relationships with pupils and encourage their engagement with learning.
• Work closely with teachers, SEN professionals and other members of the school team.

About You

The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:

• A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject.
• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
