BIM/Revit Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled BIM/Revit Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and managing Building Information Models (BIM) using Revit software. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all designs align with project specifications and standards. Your expertise will be critical in producing accurate and detailed drawings, 3D models, and documentation throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows, along with proficiency in Revit and other relevant software. You will be tasked with maintaining model integrity and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Additionally, you will assist in the coordination of multidisciplinary teams, helping to resolve any design conflicts and facilitating effective communication among all parties involved. A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications include a degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field, along with previous experience in a BIM/Revit Technician role.
