Product Owner - Digital Transformation - Public Sector - Glasgow Hybrid (3 days onsite) - SC Clearance

I am looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a busy programme with our public sector client in Scotland. You'll work in a growing digital, data and technology function alongside user researchers, business analysts, engineers and policy colleagues to turn real user needs into effective services. You will help strengthen product ownership, improve user experience and find better, more efficient ways to deliver support to the public.

Due to the nature and urgency of the role, candidates who are British Nationals holding active SC clearance would be preferred.

I am keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering digital products or services, ideally within public sector / government organisations
• Practical experience with Agile and Lean practices, including prioritisation, MVP definition and outcome-focused delivery.
• Ability to work with user researchers and business analysts to apply user-centred design and turn insights into user stories.
• Experience managing digital products across the lifecycle, from discovery through to live service and continuous improvement.
• Strength in identifying and driving improvements to digital services and clearly explaining the case for change.
• Ability to understand how digital products serve a diverse set of users and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including work with non-technical colleagues.
