Veterinary Receptionist

We are thrilled to announce the opening of a brand-new Vets for Pets practice in Cardiff Ty Glas and are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist to be part of our inaugural team. As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience right from the start. This varied role includes welcoming clients, managing appointments, handling payments, and maintaining an organized reception area. Whether you prefer full-time or part-time hours, we are flexible in discussing a working pattern that suits your needs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a love for animals, and strong organizational skills to thrive in a bustling environment. Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred but not required, as we provide full training and ongoing support.
