School Receptionist

£153 per day | 8:00am–4:30pm | Term Time Only | Temp-to-Perm
A specialist school in Guildford is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a long-term, temp-to-perm basis.
This role would suit someone with previous reception experience who is confident, professional and enjoys working with people in a busy school environment.
The Role

Managing the school reception and welcoming visitors
Answering and directing telephone calls
Responding to emails and general enquiries
Signing visitors in and out of the school
Supporting with general school administration
Maintaining accurate records and following safeguarding procedures
Acting as a friendly and professional first point of contact

About You

Previous experience working as a Receptionist is essential
Professional, friendly and approachable
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident using IT and administrative systems
Reliable and able to work independently
A driver with access to a car is essential due to the rural location
