Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract to provide exceptional customer service and support our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs, offering product information, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will engage with customers effectively, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also assist with sales transactions, operating the cash register, and handling cash and card payments accurately.
