Service Desk Analyst (Part Time - 2 Days a Week)

We are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis, working two days a week. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users seeking assistance with IT-related issues. You will provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems, and escalating issues to higher-level support when necessary. Your keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining accurate records of user interactions, and following up on outstanding tickets to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT systems and software, along with excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A background in IT support, coupled with familiarity with ticketing systems, is highly desirable. You will also be responsible for assisting in the onboarding of new users by setting up accounts and providing training on basic IT procedures. Your role will contribute significantly to the overall efficiency of the IT department and enhance the user experience.
