Veterinary Receptionist

We are excited to announce an opening for a Veterinary Receptionist at our Wolverhampton Vets for Pets practice. Your role will be vital in delivering high-quality service to our clients and ensuring a seamless connection between them and our clinical team. You will greet each client warmly, assist with inquiries, coordinate appointments, and facilitate the smooth operation of our practice using our online booking system. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with clients during both happy and difficult times will be key to providing exceptional service and fostering trust.

This part-time position requires you to work 20 hours per week, including shifts across weekdays and one in five Saturdays. Previous experience in a receptionist role is essential, and a passion for pets is a must.
