Sous Chef Job RoleThe Sous Chef will deputise for the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen operation in delivering a quality fresh food concept. This will require a hands-on approach and ability to lead a small team and ensure the kitchen operation runs smoothly, achieving standards. Ideal candidates will have similar chef de partie or sous chef experience in a fresh food kitchen, restaurant or dining pub. Salary and Benefits Starting basic salary is from £15- £17 p/h+ .
