🚨 WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES – CASTLE DONINGTON 🚨
We are currently recruiting hard-working and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our client in Castle Donington (DE74), near East Midlands Airport.

📅 Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday + either Saturday OR Sunday
Day shifts: Start times between 5:00am – 12:00pm
Afternoon shifts: Start times between 2:00pm – 3:00pm
⏰ Shift times can be discussed.
💷 Pay & Benefits
£10.85 – £12.71 per hour
Holiday: Accrued
🚗 Free parking / On-site parking
📦 Main Duties
- Parcel sorting, picking, packing and scanning
- General warehouse duties
- Loading and unloading containers
- Using a pump truck
- Heavy lifting and manual handling
- Cutting down boxes
- Assisting with receiving processes
- Basic computer work
- Following instructions from warehouse supervisors
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining a good eye for detail
- Flexibility with working hours when required
👷 Requirements
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience – essential
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible approach to working hours
