Warm, approachable and engaging, you'll be a natural at build strong customer and community relationships that drive repeat business. Your responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming boutique experience for every customer
- Drive sales growth, loyalty and repeat business
- Lead daily store operations and administration
- Maintain premium VM and store presentation standards
- Build strong local community and customer relationships
- Store Management experience in customer-focused retail
- A vibrant and warm approach with passion for fashion or styling
- Strong sales, service and relationship-building skills
- Confident leadership and team support abilities
- Excellent communication and professional presentation
- Choose your roster! 30-38 hours per week across 7 day trade
