OR108723 – Business Analyst – Management

Work pattern: 37 hours per week, Hybrid working. WFH is possible, but only if the candidate can safely work from home.

PAYE Pay Rate:  £19.27 per hour

Purpose of the Role

To lead business analysis and transformation activities, identifying business needs, improving processes, and developing practical, cost-effective solutions that deliver measurable benefits and support successful organizational change.

Requirements / Skills:

• Experienced and accredited Business Analyst with the ability to lead business analysis activities in complex organizational and transformation environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, able to build strong relationships, run workshops, challenge constructively, and influence decision-making at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with experience identifying process improvement opportunities and recommending practical, value-driven solutions.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, translating complex business needs into clear specifications, user requirements, and project documentation understood by both business and technical audiences.
• Commercial and strategic thinking, able to conduct options appraisals, cost-benefit analysis, and support evidence-based investment and change decisions.
• Collaborative and delivery-focused approach, working effectively with service teams, project managers, technical specialists, and external suppliers to implement successful change.
• Benefits-focussed – using data, insight and technology awareness to identify and measure deliverable improvement and efficiencies.
