The Role

As a Graduate Business Development Manager, you’ll join a strong commercial team working on an established event focused on technology, AI and business transformation. You’ll develop relationships with both existing and prospective clients, communicate the value of the events and help drive high-quality attendance. You’ll work towards clear sales targets and KPIs while developing valuable skills in business development, relationship management and commercial communication. You’ll also attend events in person, giving you the opportunity to experience the industry first-hand and travel internationally. With comprehensive training and clear progression, this role offers plenty of room to grow.

• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote the commercial value and benefits of event participation.
• Generate interest and secure attendance at established industry events.
• Manage sales activity against agreed targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support successful event delivery.
• Attend international events and develop relationships with clients onsite.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Fluent Spanish at C1/C2 level or above.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A commercially minded, target-focused and motivated approach.
• Confidence building professional relationships with clients.

Nice-to-Have

• Previous experience in sales, business development or another commercial environment.
• Interest in technology, AI, business transformation or the events industry.
