Senior Associate Solicitor- Property Litigation

TSR Legal are pleased to be representing a highly regarded, well-established law firm in their search for an experienced Senior Property Litigation Associate Solicitor to join their Birmingham office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property litigator to join a leading team, working on complex and high-value disputes for an impressive and diverse client base.

The Opportunity

You will advise on a broad range of commercial property disputes and have the opportunity to take the lead on significant and strategically important matters.

Your work is likely to include:

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Lease renewals, break notices and forfeiture
• Dilapidations and service charge disputes
• Possession and rent recovery matters
• Development and investment-related disputes
• Restrictive covenants and land registration issues
• Rights to light and other specialist property disputes
• Property-related insolvency matters

You will work alongside experienced colleagues while having significant responsibility for your own caseload and client relationships.

The Role

This position would suit someone who enjoys managing complex work and wants to continue developing their profile within the property litigation market.

Alongside running high-quality matters, you will have the opportunity to support and mentor junior members of the team, strengthen client relationships and become involved in business development and networking initiatives.

The firm is looking for someone with a strong commercial approach who can provide practical, strategic advice and confidently manage complex disputes.

About You

You will be an experienced Property or Real Estate Litigation Solicitor with a strong background in commercial property disputes.

You should bring:

• Qualified Solicitor with 6+ PQE
• Strong technical experience across a broad range of real estate litigation matters
• Experience managing complex and high-value disputes
• A commercially focused and pragmatic approach
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• An interest in mentoring and supporting junior lawyers
• An appetite for business development and raising your profile within the market
