Associate Dentist – Bournemouth, Dorset

MBR Dental are assisting a dental practice in Bournemouth, Dorset to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis.

Vacancy Details: 

• Available immediately.
• Notice periods considered
• Part-time opportunity (Monday–Friday 8am–6pm, Saturday 9am–4pm) with flexibility on days and hours
• General Dentist required on a self employed basis.
• Option to take on a 1-day per week Clinician Development role (employed)

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Flexible UDA target up to £15 per UDA
• Average NHS earnings of £40,000-£105,000 per year.
• 50% split on Private revenue
• 50/50 on lab bills for NHS and Private.
• Suitable for both newly qualified and experienced Associates
• Mixed practice with high demand for Private treatments

Practice Overview:

• 3-surgery dental practice, all with natural light
• Access to Digital X-rays and Rotary Endo
• Treatments include General Dentistry, Invisalign, Whitening, and Composite Bonding
• Support from Hygienist, Therapist, Practice Manager, and qualified Nurses
• Central location with paid parking and 10-minute walk to the train station
• Commutable from Poole, Christchurch, Southampton, and New Forest.

Essential Requirements:

• GDC registered Dentist.
• Active NHS Performer Number.
• Enhanced DBS certificate.
