Client Care Advisor

In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients and the clinical team, ensuring that both pets and their owners receive outstanding care. Your daily responsibilities will include greeting clients, managing appointments and payments with confidence, and providing knowledgeable support about our services. Your ability to build strong relationships will be key to ensuring our clients leave feeling satisfied and eager to return, making their experience memorable.

This role is a 16-hour contract with one Saturday every four weeks, and opportunities for overtime and holiday cover may arise. We value your calm demeanor and attentive nature, as these attributes will help you navigate both joyful and challenging situations with our clients.
