Our client is a large Engineering company in Glasgow city centre.Please note - The contract will be 5 weeks duration based in the Glasgow offices and 40 hrs per week.Purpose:Requirement for an Administrator for a short-term contract to assist with large volume filing.To process over 2,000 employee files held within the Randex cabinets. These require processing in line with agreed retention guidelines, including identifying leavers, confirming digital records, scanning relevant documentation where required, and preparing the majority of files for confidential shredding.We would require someone with Admin background, (HR Admin if possible but not essential), and skilled in IT for scanning and saving files online.The NRL Group connect global companies with the right people to bring engineering projects to life.
