Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive team at Christ Church & St Peter's CE Primary School. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children in achieving their full potential, both academically and personally, within our nurturing and ambitious school community.

Working under the direction of class teachers, you will provide support for teaching and learning across the school, working with individual pupils, small groups and whole classes. You will help create a positive, safe and engaging learning environment, supporting children's educational, social and emotional development.

The successful candidate will be passionate about inclusion, committed to helping every child thrive, and able to build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues. Experience of supporting children with additional needs, including SEND and EHCPs, would be advantageous.
