About the role
A warm and welcoming primary school in Willenhall seeks a confident EYFS/Reception Teacher for a part‑time role, working three days a week. You deliver calm, structured early‑years provision that helps children feel safe, settled and ready to learn. Moreover, you create purposeful routines that support regulation, independence and positive behaviour. In addition, you work closely with the EYFS lead to plan engaging activities that promote curiosity, communication and early development.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach EYFS lessons that build strong early learning foundations
- Deliver play‑based activities that support exploration and confidence
- Use clear routines to reduce anxiety and support regulation
- Prepare adapted learning tasks for children needing extra help
- Support early phonics and early numeracy through guided practice
- Work closely with teaching assistants and the EYFS lead to maintain consistent provision
- Track child development and adjust teaching when needed
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified EYFS/Reception Teacher with QTS
- Strong experience supporting early‑years learners
- Clear communication and a warm, nurturing approach
- Ability to follow structured routines and support emotional regulation
- Part‑time availability for three days a week
- Interest in Coventry‑based EYFS roles
