- Following up warm leads to maximise booking opportunities.
- Explaining services, pricing and treatment pathways with confidence.

- Delivering an outstanding experience from first enquiry through to treatment.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a sales, telesales or target-driven customer service role.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail and excellent administrative skills.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people.
Experience in private healthcare, medical services or patient coordination would be an advantage, but is not essential.
What You'll Receive
- Competitive salary of £28,000-£32,000.
- Monday-Friday working hours (9am-5pm) - no evenings or weekends.
- Full training and ongoing development.
- Supportive and friendly team environment.
- Career development opportunities.
- A rewarding role where you'll make a genuine difference to patients every day.
If you're a confident communicator who enjoys achieving targets while delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
