Your job responsibilities will include:

Provide support to students in Reception and Year 1, assisting the class teacher with various tasks.

Collaborate closely with the teaching staff to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Support children with their academic progress, social development, and overall well-being.

Foster positive behaviour management techniques to ensure a safe and productive classroom environment.

Ideal candidate:

Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a KS1/ Early Years setting is preferred.

Passion for working with children and a desire to make a difference in their lives.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Flexibility in working part-time hours, specifically two mornings per week.

Maths and English GCSE qualifications

Holds a Valid Enhanced DBS
