Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our successful manufacturing client based in West Bromwich.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to support the Sales and Customer Service team.

Monday – Thursday: 08:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 08:00am – 4:30pm
The successful candidate must be flexible regarding working hours when required.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to support the Sales and Customer Service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating CRM following all call activity with particular attention to customer data capture log
- Management and maintenance of customer accounts
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing quotations and sales documentation
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
- Assisting with general office administration
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a sales administration or office-based role
- Strong organisations skills and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft
- Ability to work well as part of a team or independently
