Senior Account Manager

This role sits inside a design studio that operates within a rare kind of independent creative company – the only UK business recognised at the highest level in both advertising and television. In practice, that means the branding and design work you’d be running doesn’t stand alone. It plugs into title sequences, campaign platforms and brand identities built across disciplines that usually live in separate buildings. The design studio has already delivered visual identity work for a national cultural institution, a high-street restaurant brand and a museum, and it’s growing.
  
The Role
You are the senior day-to-day contact across multiple design and branding projects, and the link between clients and the creative, design, strategy and production teams. You’ll build the client relationships, understand what each business is actually trying to achieve, and lead the meetings and presentations that keep them close.
  
The operational spine is yours. You’ll brief creative teams with clear, actionable feedback, and own timelines, budgets, scope and approvals from brief through delivery. You’ll spot risk early, solve problems before they become client problems, and protect the standard of the work while keeping it on track. You’ll also help grow existing accounts and identify where new work could come from.
  
This is a role built for someone ready to step into account direction. The autonomy is real – you’ll shape how the work gets done rather than execute someone else’s process.
  
The Package
£50,000 – £60,000
Hybrid working: two days onsite per week
14-month fixed-term contract, running November 2026 to February 2028

The Person
You’ve spent five or more years in agency account management, and you’re operating at the top of Senior AM level now. You’ve run several concurrent projects across multiple clients, owning budget, scope and approvals throughout.

You have a real feel for design and branding work – not just campaigns – and you’re used to being the senior face to senior client-side contacts. Experience with cultural, retail or premium brand accounts would map neatly here.
