Job Title Procurement Quality Control Supervisor Summary We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Quality Control Supervisor to oversee and support procurement quality activities on a major EPC project. This role begins in Woking for 12–18 months before relocating to Saudi Arabia for project execution. It’s perfect for someone with strong supplier quality and auditing experience, seeking an opportunity to work on a high-profile energy project. Location and Working PatternInitial Location: Woking (UK) for 12–18 monthsSubsequent Location: Saudi Arabia for project executionRelocation and travel requiredFixed-term contractResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage performance of procurement quality staff.Ensure compliance with the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and management systems.Review procurement documentation to confirm quality requirements in design deliverables.Verify supplier documents and certifications for compliance.Oversee vendor QA/QC systems and coordinate vendor approvals.Plan, monitor and manage inspections, including liaising with TPI agencies.Prepare Inspection Assignment Packages and attend pre-inspection meetings.Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformances, and quality reports.Coordinate procurement schedules, audits and quality improvement activities with internal teams and clients.Must-have RequirementsEngineering degree with proven experience in procurement quality control.Lead Auditor ISO 9001 certification from a recognised body.Strong knowledge of quality management methodology and ISO standards.Familiarity with Saudi Aramco specifications (SAMSS, SAEP) and approval processes.EPC project experience with Aramco approvals.Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.Nice-to-have SkillsSupplier Quality Management certification.Strong leadership and delegation capabilities.Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.Apply Now If you have the skills and experience for this role and are willing to relocate for project success, we’d like to hear from you.
