Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a well-established business in Gillingham, Dorset.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products. You'll be responsible for assembling, wrapping and packing luxury gift hampers, ensuring every order is accurately prepared and beautifully presented for dispatch.

• £13.15 per hour.
• Monday to Friday working pattern.
• Day shifts only.
• 7:30am-2:30pm.
• Immediate start available.
• Friendly and supportive working environment.

• Assemble luxury gift hampers according to company specifications.
• Carefully wrap products and hampers to achieve a premium finish.
• Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently.
• Apply packaging materials, ribbons, labels and decorative finishes.
• Carry out quality checks to maintain high presentation standards.
• Ensure products are securely packaged and correctly labelled for dispatch.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good manual dexterity and careful handling of products.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Previous experience in packing, warehousing, production or assembly is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking approach.
• Pride in producing high-quality work and excellent presentation standards.
• Flexible approach and willingness to support the wider team when required.
