The role is based in London with hybrid working. Client Details Education organisation, based in London Hybrid working Description An Interim HR Change Lead to: - Support an organisation through a period of change: trade union consultations, redundancies, restructure, redeployment and consultations - Utilise ER and employment law knowledge to identify legal or ER implications and mitigate risk - Provide support to stakeholders during a period of change with clear communication - Develop and implement structural proposals - Deliver consultations processes - Support new ways of working - Develop FAQ's where necessary Profile An Interim HR Change Lead with: - Previous trade union consultation experience - Strong stakeholder management experience - Previous organisational change experience Job Offer Interim HR Change Lead 3 months initially Start at short notice London based with hybrid working Up to £60,000 day rate equivalent
