Responsibilities in your new role as Customer Relations Assistant

As a Customer Relations Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless daily operations of the office. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
• Responding professionally to queries from clients and colleagues
• Scheduling and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Completing data entry accurately and efficiently
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team
• Monitoring and manage office supplies when required
• Using internal IT systems confidently to support daily operations
• Maintaining a highly organised and efficient office environment

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role who can quickly adapt to a new environment. You will be confident taking ownership of your responsibilities from day one. Strong communication and organisation skills will be essential, alongside a proactive and dependable approach.
