THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and forward-thinking law firm in mid-Norfolk, where you will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and work with a high degree of independence. The firm is seeking experienced Private Client Lawyers who possess the ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision, providing advice and an excellent level of client service. As the appointed Private Client Lawyer, you will be dealing with a broad range of private client matters including Wills, Administration of estates, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning. This presents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Private Client lawyer who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the continued development of the department at Director level.
THE CANDIDATE
The firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer who has strong experience across a range of Private Client matters and is confident managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion. Applications are welcomed from Private Client Lawyers with at least 4 years PQE in handling their own caseload of matter without supervision. You will have excellent client care and communication skills together with the desire to progress and take on additional responsibilities. There is scope to take on a Director level role and you will be able to demonstrate the ambition and experience to take on a senior leadership role. You may currently be working within a larger Norwich firm, a regional practice or another local law firm and be looking for more autonomy, greater progression or a better overall work-life balance.
THE FIRM
A superb opportunity to join a firm which offers a supportive culture, friendly and focused on providing lawyers with the opportunity to develop their careers while maintaining a healthy balance outside of work. With competitive remuneration, ongoing training and genuine career progression, this is an opportunity to join a firm where your contribution will be valued. You will have the autonomy to manage your own work, while still having the support of a team around you when required.
THE PACKAGE
In addition to a competitive salary dependent on experience, you will benefit from:
• Competitive rates of pay
• Ongoing training and development
• Matched pension contributions up to 3% of salary
• Death in service benefit
• Christmas closure from Christmas Eve through to the first working day in January
• Flexible holiday policy with no specific annual limit
