Support Worker

We are actively recruiting experienced Support Workers and Care Assistants for immediate, ongoing opportunities across Fife, including Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes, and surrounding areas.

Whether you are looking for full-time hours or flexible top-up shifts, we have a wide variety of roles across Care Homes, Care at Home, and Supported Living services.

• Umbrella: £18.00 per hour

• PAYE: £15.35 per hour (includes rolled-up holiday pay)

• Care Environments: Residential Care Homes, Supported Living, and Community Care at Home.

• Shift Patterns: Earlys, Lates, Long Days, and Waking Nights available 7 days a week.

• Flexibility: Choose the shifts and locations that best fit your schedule.

• Experience: Minimum 6-12 months of UK-based social care experience.

• Core Skills: Proficient in delivering dignified personal care, administering medication, and writing clear shift reports.

• Compliance: Active Adult PVG scheme membership (or eligible for a update/check).

• Driving: UK Driving License with access to a car is preferred for community roles (non-drivers welcomed for fixed care home settings).
