Our client is looking for proactive, energetic Support Workers to join their team in Falkirk ASAP! They offer exceptional flexibility with availability, whether you are looking for Full-Time, Part-Time, or Night-Only shifts, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You will be supporting adults with severe learning disabilities, autism, non-verbal communication, and complex support needs within a 24/7 supported accommodation setting in Falkirk.

Activities

Service users here love staying active! You will spend your shifts getting out into the local community for bowling, street football, exploring, and trying out new activities together.

Key Requirements

• Previous care experience supporting individuals with complex needs and learning disabilities.
• Confidence in maintaining clear, professional boundaries and redirecting challenging behaviour.
• Experience or training in epilepsy and emergency/rescue medication management is highly desirable.
