Join Our Outstanding Team – Business Support Officer (Children’s Services)
Darby House, Woodlands Children Centre & Wellington

Full time, fixed term contract to 31st March 2029

Are you organised, tech-savvy, and ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a Business Support Officer to join our fast-paced team supporting children and families across Telford and Wrekin.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide top-tier admin support to frontline teams in Children’s Safeguarding, Family Support.
  • Minute meetings, manage data, and handle sensitive information with confidence.
  • Collaborate with professionals across services and help drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft 365, databases, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
