Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach

Our client, a leading provider of apprenticeship programmes in the engineering sector, is currently seeking a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach to join their team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual who is ready to inspire the next generation of refrigeration and air conditioning professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality coaching and training sessions onsite for refrigeration and air conditioning apprentices.
• Travel to meet apprentices in their workplace and carry out coaching sessions.
• Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, ensuring they meet milestones and achieve their qualifications.
• Manage your own caseload of learners, ensuring timely progress and that they meet deadlines.
• Take responsibility for planning and managing your own diary effectively.
• Provide constructive feedback and capture evidence for learning, achievement, and compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience in refrigeration and air conditioning, ideally from working in the industry and/or with a training provider.
• A passion for sharing knowledge and a role that combines fieldwork with learner support.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively.

Desirable:

• Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).
• Knowledge of government-funded training.
