Our client is a leading UK technology and engineering organisation delivering advanced capabilities into Defence and National Security environments. They combine deep technical expertise with an established understanding of complex customer missions and are investing in the continued growth of a strategically important capability area. We are looking for an experienced Defence Strategy Lead to lead their Resilient Position, Navigation and Timing campaign.

THE DEFENCE CAMPAIGN LEAD ROLE:

As Defence Strategy Lead, you will own the strategy and direction of a specialist Resilient PNT campaign, bringing together customer insight, technical capability, product strategy and market engagement.

You will lead cross-functional teams through influence, identify priority customers and opportunities, shape customer demand and support strategic pursuits. You will also translate operational and market insight into recommendations for future products, capabilities and technology investment.

DEFENCE CAMPAIGN LEAD ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Deep knowledge of Position, Navigation and Timing (PNT) within Defence or National Security
• Understanding of resilient or assured navigation, tracking and associated operational challenges
• Experience developing campaign, market or growth strategy within a complex defence environment
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong customer engagement, opportunity shaping and market development experience
• Commercial awareness within long and complex defence sales cycles
• Existing SC or DV clearance, with eligibility and willingness to achieve UK DV clearance
