Customer Relationship Manager – Physical Security Solutions

Location: Field-Based / Hybrid (US)

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Commission + Car Allowance + Technology Package

Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with experience in the physical security industry?

We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to identify and win new business opportunities while building strong relationships with end users across commercial, enterprise, healthcare, education, critical infrastructure, and data center environments.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing new customer relationships, understanding security challenges, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring customers receive an outstanding onboarding experience before transitioning them to our account management team for long-term support.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship management
• Experience within the physical security, electronic security, or low-voltage industry
• Knowledge of technologies such as access control, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion detection, intercom, or integrated security systems
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• A self-motivated individual who enjoys creating new opportunities and delivering exceptional customer experiences
