IT Support Analyst | Contract | Woking | Oil & Gas Sector
Location: Woking (On-Site)
Contract: In Scope of IR35I'm currently recruiting for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a leading organisation within the Oil & Gas industry working for Aramco. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing critical technical support to end users and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
What You'll Be Doing

Providing first-line IT support across hardware, software and user-related issues
Troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents efficiently
Delivering exceptional customer service and support to end users
Logging, tracking and managing support tickets through to resolution
Escalating complex issues to specialist teams where required
Maintaining accurate documentation of incidents and solutions

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support role working with ARAMCO
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
A proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused approachDesirable Experience
Experience with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems
Understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security best practices
Previous experience within the Oil & Gas sector

Essential Requirement

Previous Saudi Aramco project or operational experience is highly desirable and candidates with Aramco exposure will be prioritised.
