We're recruiting for an ambitious Senior Lettings Manager to join a well-established property business in Crawley, leading and developing a successful lettings operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lettings professional who enjoys working in a target-driven environment, building strong relationships and developing a team, while having the autonomy to grow their own business and increase market share.

The Role

As a Senior Lettings Manager, you will:

• Lead, motivate and develop a team through regular coaching and performance management
• Generate new business and identify opportunities to grow market share
• Conduct valuations and convert instructions into successful lets
• Advise landlords on rental values and current market conditions
• Manage the profitability and commercial performance of the lettings business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and local contacts
• Ensure an excellent level of customer service throughout the lettings process
• Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business

Senior Lettings Manager Requirements

To be considered for this Senior Lettings Manager role, you should have:

• Previous experience in a lettings management or senior lettings position
• A strong track record of generating and converting new business
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A commercial and results-driven approach
• The ability to motivate, coach and develop others
• A positive, energetic and self-motivated attitude
• A genuine passion for property and delivering excellent customer service
• Full UK driving licence
