Role & Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and present suitable solutions confidently
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised proposals and quotations aligned with client needs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word
• Stay informed about industry trends, new product launches, and updates related to cloud platforms like AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight key features and benefits
• Manage your time effectively to prioritise leads, follow-ups, and meetings while maintaining a high level of organisational skills

Requirements

• Experience within a sales position in the HVAC sector or similar
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to client engagement
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure is desirable
• Solid understanding of IT concepts, hardware, software solutions, and networking fundamentals
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
