Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator looking for a new opportunity in Colchester with excellent commission potential and genuine career progression?

Our client is a successful and growing property business based in Colchester and is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Negotiator with previous estate agency or property sales experience who is confident negotiating offers, building strong client relationships and delivering an excellent level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of properties and act as the main point of contact for vendors and buyers
• Provide vendors with regular Sales Negotiator updates, market feedback and activity reports
• Liaise with local estate agents regarding property marketing and sales activity
• Handle incoming property sales enquiries from prospective buyers
• Arrange and negotiate property offers
• Negotiate between buyers, vendors and developers to achieve successful sales
• Complete AML checks on prospective buyers
• Produce accurate Memorandums of Sale
• Recommend financial adviser and solicitor services where appropriate
• Work closely with the Sales Progression team once a property sale has been agreed
• Maintain accurate property and customer records using the CRM system
• Work towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs
• Provide regular updates on property sales and marketing activity
• Build strong relationships with buyers, vendors, developers and estate agents
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service throughout the property sales process

Sales Negotiator requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within an estate agency or property environment
• Experience as an Estate Agent, Property Sales Negotiator, Residential Sales Negotiator or Estate Agency Negotiator
• Excellent property sales, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to negotiate property offers confidently
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple properties, buyers and vendors
• Proactive and target-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a successful sales team

Previous Sales Negotiator or Estate Agency experience is preferred. Candidates with strong sales, property or customer service experience who are looking to progress into a Sales Negotiator role may also be considered.
