Local Authority Housing Officer, West London 
Pay rate to £28.21 per hour 
Contract role, Local Government Housing 
 
We are recruiting for an experienced Local Authority Housing Officer in West London. 
This is a contract role, and you will need to have experience in a similar Local Authority role. 
 
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a patch of tenancies, leases and licences. This will include providing a front-line service to our residents, tenancy and leasehold management, anti-social behaviour management, estate inspections, tenancy verification checks and general neighbourhood management. 
You will need to have worked in a Local Authority Housing team.
