The Role

As a Graduate Sales Consultant, you’ll join a structured graduate development programme designed to build your confidence, commercial awareness and consultative sales skills.

You’ll speak with customers who have already expressed an interest in the company’s services, meaning conversations are warmer and more consultative than traditional cold calling.

You’ll receive extensive training from day one and work towards an internal sales qualification while learning how to understand customer needs, handle objections and recommend appropriate solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with prospective customers and understanding their requirements.
• Building strong relationships through consultative conversations.
• Converting warm enquiries into new customers and opportunities.
• Working towards individual and team sales targets.
• Developing your sales skills through ongoing coaching and training.
• Maintaining accurate customer information using the CRM.

You’ll need to be:

• A graduate looking to build a sales career.
• Confident communicating and building relationships.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Motivated by targets and progression.
• Resilient and able to handle objections.
• Ambitious, coachable and keen to learn.
• Start date- Early September 

Experience in sales, customer service, retail or hospitality would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
