We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own our client's PPC strategy and performance, driving revenue growth through data-led decisions, campaign optimisation, and ecommerce trading activity.  This is an opportunity for a hands-on PPC specialist who enjoys getting into the detail, analysing performance, solving problems and directly influencing commercial results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning and optimising Google Ads performance across a large and diverse product catalogue.
• Managing PPC budgets and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
• Analysing campaign, product and category performance to identify actionable insights.
• Driving product feed, title and description optimisation across thousands of SKUs.
• Working closely with merchandising, product and IT teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Leading PPC testing and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Producing forecasts, reporting and performance recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Managing and developing two digital marketing executives.

Whilst the broader role includes oversight of Paid Social, Email and Affiliate activity, the core focus of this hire is PPC and Google Ads performance.

What We're Looking For

• Significant hands-on Google Ads and PPC management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale ecommerce or retail product catalogues (100+ SKUs minimum).
• Proven track record of driving online revenue growth through paid search.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify revenue-driving opportunities.
• Experience optimising product feeds, product titles and shopping campaigns.
• Commercial awareness with a strong understanding of margin, inventory and product performance.
• Ability to confidently communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members.
