We're recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our client's successful team in Bromley.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to progress their career, with a high commission structure ranging from 10% - 20%, a variety of benefits and incentives, and the opportunity to join a successful team.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Negotiate offers
• Register applicants
• Update vendors on their sale
• Manage sales progression
• Build strong relationships with clients and applicants
• Work effectively both as part of a larger team and individually

Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:

• Previous industry experience as a Sales Negotiator
• Local knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
• Passionate about the property industry
• Organised and highly motivated
• Hard-working attitude
• Personable with the ability to work as part of a larger team, as well as independently

What's on Offer?

• Basic salary of up to £24,000
• Realistic £40,000 - £60,000 OTE
• High commission structure ranging from 10% - 20%

Working Pattern

• Full-time, Monday – Friday
• Saturday rota with time off in lieu
