The Role
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you could be supporting students across a range of subjects and abilities, including pupils with additional learning needs.
Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting teachers with classroom activities and learning
• Working with small groups or individual students
• Providing additional support to pupils with SEND
• Helping students stay focused, engaged and motivated
• Assisting with classroom management
• Supporting students with their academic and personal development
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
