Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Zest Education are looking for a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support a large and welcoming primary school in Erdington.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in teacher absence

• Lead small group interventions

• Support behaviour and learning across KS1 and KS2

• Assist teachers with planning and assessment

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

• Strong classroom leadership skills

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• Enthusiastic, proactive and flexible approach
