Temporary Payroll Administrator – Horwich – IMMEDIATE START!!

Mon – Thu 8am – 4.30pm, Fri 8am – 2.30pm. Fully office based for 3 months (possibly longer). £13.20 – £14 per hour DOE.

Our client are a well known manufacturing company based in Horwich. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months. They need someone with experience in preparing all payroll information to be submitted to their outsourced payroll company.

Duties will include:

• Checking all staff have completed time and attendance using the clocking in and out system (120+ staff on site)
• Investigating any queries on the above before submission
• Entering staff absences
• Ensuring new starters and leavers have been recorded
• Entering and updating staff records on Excel
• Ad hoc duties as required
• Providing support to the HR team

To be successful, you will have worked within a similar role previously, have a high attention to detail, strong communication skills and be a confident user of Microsoft Excel. Experience using Workday would be an advantage but not essential.
