TSR Legal are currently supporting a top tier law firm based in Cheltenahm, who are looking for an ambitious NQ-4 PQE Solicitor to join our highly regarded property team.

This is a unique opportunity for a property solicitor to develop their career within a friendly, collegiate and genuinely supportive team, working on sophisticated matters for HNW and UHNW individuals and families, trustees, charities, private banks and investment companies, both in the UK and internationally.

The has extensive, market-leading expertise in advising clients on their property and private affairs. You will gain exposure to a broad and varied caseload, of property transaction, while working alongside a large national team.

The role:

• Provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice to clients.
• Manage a substantial and varied workload efficiently and effectively, with supervision appropriate to your experience.
• Draft high-quality legal documents accurately and logically, making effective use of precedents.
• Undertake research and apply sound commercial judgement when assessing and delivering advice.
• Work closely with Partners on client marketing and business development initiatives.
• Develop relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and know-how initiatives across the division.
• Maintain the highest professional standards and comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
