Production Manager

Bradford, West Yorkshire E3 Recruitment Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits Are you an experienced Production Manager with a strong electrical and mechanical engineering background? We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive performance on the shop floor while building strong relationships across projects, sales, design, quality, finance and HR functions. The Role Take ownership of day-to-day production operations, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Lead and develop supervisors and shop floor teams to create a high-performing culture. Drive production planning, resource management and continuous improvement initiatives.
