Location:  Birmingham - Across Two Venues

Hours: Part-Time / As Required (Potential for Full-Time Hours)

Schedule: Flexible Across 7 Days Including Evenings & Late Nights

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Events Duty & Bar Manager to support operations across two busy venues. This is a flexible role that will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and can confidently lead teams while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and motivating staff across both locations.
  
  
• Overseeing the smooth delivery of large-scale events and functions.
  
  
• Leading bar operations and maintaining high service standards.
  
  
• Ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
  
  
• Managing staffing levels and supporting operational requirements.
  
  
• Communicating effectively with management, staff, clients, and guests.
  
  
• Maintaining compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience managing teams within hospitality, events, or licensed venues.
  
  
• Strong background in coordinating and delivering large events.
  
  
• Bar trained with excellent knowledge of bar operations.
  
  
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
  
  
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and late nights.
  
  
• Ability to work across two locations.
  
  
• Full driving licence and access to transport preferred.
