Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operational performance across a complex logistics environment. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders. Drive service, cost and quality improvements through effective performance management. Lead, coach and develop operational teams to deliver best-in-class results. Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying trends and implementing improvement initiatives. Work cross-functionally with transport, warehousing, planning and commercial teams. Support operational change projects and continuous improvement programmes. Ensure service delivery consistently meets customer expectations. Key Experience Experience managing large-scale logistics or supply chain operations. Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills. A track record of improving operational performance. Experience leading operational teams through change and growth. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
