About the role
Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.
We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce.
Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.
In April 2026, we announced $70 million in strategic funding, led by Schroders Capital, with participation from StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. At an increased valuation of $2.1bn, the round makes us Europe’s first EdTech double unicorn.
But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.
Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.
About the role
Billions have gone into enterprise AI. Most of it isn't working — organisations still can't turn model capability into measurable business impact. That's not a training problem or a slide-deck problem. It's a hard, unsolved technical challenge: building the systems that translate what AI can do into how work actually gets done inside real organisations, at scale, with proof it's working. That's the problem Multiverse exists to solve, and it's the one this role exists to sell.
We're hiring a Senior Leader of Product Marketing, reporting to the CPTO, to own the positioning, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market orchestration that makes that story credible to buyers who've heard "AI transformation" pitches before and have learned to discount them. This is a strategic leadership and launch-execution role: you're accountable for a narrative that has to survive a skeptical CTO's follow-up questions, not just land in a pitch deck.
You'll sit at the center of Product, Engineering, Sales, B2B Marketing, CS, and executive leadership — turning hard technical work into a case buyers trust, giving Sales what they need to win the deals that matter, and grounding pricing and roadmap decisions in real market evidence.
Growth today comes primarily through our sales motion — there isn't yet a significant inbound or demand-generation engine to lean on. This role needs to work effectively within that reality now, while helping shape what comes next, rather than assuming a demand-gen infrastructure that doesn't currently exist.
What you'll own
Positioning & narrative
Define and defend the category narrative and product positioning — including translating technical/AI capabilities into value claims that hold up under scrutiny from technical buyers, procurement, and security review, without overclaiming
Own messaging architecture across product lines and keep it consistent as the portfolio grows
Market & competitive intelligence
Run competitive intelligence (win-loss analysis, competitor tracking, technical benchmarking) and be the most credible voice in the room on what the market actually believes — evidence, not anecdote
Feed that signal directly into product roadmap and pricing decisions
Build lightweight, repeatable, automatable processes to get customer voice and insight directly into product development and launches — this currently happens ad hoc and needs an owner
GTM orchestration
Own launch strategy and sequencing — what to launch, when, and how big a moment to make of it — partnering with Product on roadmap-to-revenue sequencing so GTM readiness isn't an afterthought
Define launch success metrics and report on them credibly to executive leadership
Champion and put structure around the shift toward faster product launches — building quickly and iterating based on real performance
Sales & CS enablement
Equip Sales to win deals with best-in-class sales collateral, tools, and enablement, and support strategic deals directly where positioning or competitive dynamics are the blocker
Own strategic decisions on positioning, enablement, and the go-to-market motion for Sales leadership, not just content delivery
Pricing & packaging
Provide evidence-based input on pricing and packaging based on willingness-to-pay, competitive dynamics, and customer research, partnering with Product and Finance on monetization for new capabilities
Team & function leadership
Build, hire, and develop a product marketing team, and set the operating rhythm and tools for the function, including how AI is used to raise team velocity and rigor (currently a team of 4 product marketers)
Represent product marketing in executive/board-level conversations on market position and competitive dynamics
Operate as a peer to Product and Engineering leadership without formal authority over them — comfortable creating healthy tension, pushing back, and holding a different set of priorities from those teams when it's the right call
What we're looking for
8+ years in product marketing, including 2+ years in people leadership, with a track record owning positioning and GTM strategy for complex technical B2B/B2B2C products — enterprise SaaS and/or AI/ML strongly preferred
Confident working alongside engineering and product: able to hold your own technically and translate real product/technical complexity into buyer value and revenue opportunity without a translator in the room
Strong quantitative instincts, with proven partnership across Product/tech, Sales, and Finance on roadmap, deal strategy, and monetisation — project-managing end-to-end what's built, what's sold, and revenue recognised
Executive presence: has presented market/competitive strategy to C-suite or board audiences
Proven experience operating at genuine scale-up pace — building processes, structure, and infrastructure from scratch with a lean team, rather than inheriting the mature systems and support functions (UXR, demand-gen, established pricing models) that exist at larger, more established organisations
You are an innovator and experimenter looking for new trends and technology to scale the impact and abilities of your team
You are comfortable with and motivated by high-expectations stakeholders; you are able to earn trust and retain it through difficult situations
You have a positive-sum mentality - you're equally excited about both rolling up your sleeves to get something done and reflecting on the bigger picture
You have high internal expectations for what is possible and the ability to bring others along on that journey
Demonstrated fluency with AI tools in your own workflow (competitive research, content drafting, win-loss synthesis) — this is now a baseline expectation, not a bonus
Nice to have
Experience at a company that scaled through a comparable stage transition (e.g., Series B→E, or pre-IPO→public)
Benefits
Time off - 27 days holiday, plus 5 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days, 2 company-wide wellbeing days (M-Powered Weekend) and 8 bank holidays per year
Health & Wellness- private medical Insurance with Bupa, a medical cashbac
